Cały proces składa się z kilku etapów. Najpierw trzeba „sprzedać siebie” na CV, później przekonać do siebie zatrudniającego w trakcie interview, dogadać się co do wynagrodzenia i zaistnieć na wybranym stanowisku. Wygląda to, jak bieg z przeszkodami, ale czy każdy może być mistrzem? Prawdopodobnie nie każdy będzie olimpijczykiem, ale każdy może przebiec wybrany dystans, jeżeli profesjonalnie podejdzie do zadania i zacznie od treningu.
Postaram się podpowiedzieć kilka sztuczek, żeby ułatwić Ci ten trening.
Etap interview
Nim pójdziesz na interview, dobrze byłoby potrenować odpowiedzi na typowe pytania, żeby nie spanikować w trakcie spotkania w firmie lub agencji. Niżej masz zestaw 25 pytań z odpowiedziami. Wybierz tylko jedną, najlepszą odpowiedź na każde pytanie. Za każdą odpowiedź dostaniesz pewną ilość punktów zależnie od trafności odpowiedzi. Suma punktów zdecyduje czy zaliczysz interview. Punkty przydzieliłem podanym odpowiedziom na podstawie kilkunastu lat mojej praktyki w zatrudnianiu pracowników w agencjach i bezpośrednio w firmach. Myślę, że sześć lat praktyki rekrutacyjnej w Anglii daje dość dobre wyczucie oczekiwań angielskich pracodawców.
Poniżej znajdziesz pytania często zadawane w trakcie spotkań o pracę. Pytania te przedstawiam w wersji angielskiej, bo znajomości języka jest warunkiem koniecznym starania się o zatrudnienie na odpowiedzialnych stanowiskach w dużych firmach angielskich.
